Prior to planning the works it is recommended that you review the guidelines. These provide an outline of the requirements that need to be considered when planning to construct works over South East Water’s easements or within 1.0 metre of South East Water’s water supply, sewerage and/or recycled water asset(s).

Determine location

 

To determine the location and ensure that you will not adversely affect South East Water’s water supply, sewerage and/or recycled water asset(s), it is recommended that you apply for a copy of the asset(s) located within the general vicinity.

Obtain approval

 

If you intend to build over South East Water’s easement(s) or within 1.0 metre of a water supply, sewerage and/or recycled water asset(s), you will be required to obtain South East Water’s approval.
