The following documents detail South East Water's Land Development Policy and relevant documents for developers,engineering conultants, contractors and surveyors.

For the construction of South East Water's sewerage, water supply and recycled water assets, the developer, engineering consultant and contractor are required to enter into a single formal agreement with South East Water. This formal agreement is called a Development Deed and details the roles and responsibilities of all parties.
