waterMAP

The waterMAP (Water Management Action Plan) program builds on the highly successful 'Pathways to Sustainability' program which focused on reducing water use by the top 200 water users in Melbourne.

Under the new waterMAP program, all non-residential property occupiers/users of over 10 million litres of potable (drinking) water per year must develop a water management action plan (waterMAP) to demonstrate how they will use water more efficiently in the future.

Each customer that uses over 10 ML per site must register by the 28th September and lodge their completed waterMAP with South East water by 31 December 2007.
