Class C Recycled Water Tankering Service

Class C recycled water is a great solution for businesses or organisations with irrigation needs who are remote from a recycled water pipeline.

Class C recycled water is not subject to water restrictions however it is a precious resource that should not be wasted.

What is Class C recycled water?

Recycled water is treated effluent. There are various ‘classes’ of recycled water. Class C is restricted in its use and can only be used under strict controls. It is not suitable for any personal purposes including drinking and bathing and cannot be used in residential settings.

How is it delivered?

There are two options:

1. South East Water will deliver the water directly to the customer.
2. The water can be collected by the customer in a tanker that will hold a minimum of 10 kilolitres (kl) of water. Customers must engage a tankering service that is inspected and accredited by South East Water.
