Recieve an email or letter with YOUR indiviual showerhead barcode.

Take your letter / email with barcode and your old showerhead to one of the exchange locations to receive your new efficient showerhead.

Visit our Head Office

Visit our Head Office at 20 Corporate Drive, Heatherton from Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 5:30pm.

Bring:

Your old showerheads

A water bill

To save you time complete our

water consumption form (1Mb) now and bring it with you.

Visit an exchange point

Find your nearest showerhead exchange location.

Bring:

Your old showerheads

A water bill

To save you time complete our

water consumption form (1Mb) now and bring it with you.

Go home and install your new showerhead
