We provide our core services to over 1.3 million people (about 600,000 customers) that are residents (households), businesses, large industries and local councils in our defined service area. We also serve the community in this area by providing advice and support about use of water.

In order to deliver these products and services to our customers we work closely with several Victorian Government agencies, industry regulators and other water authorities.
