Innovative ways to use less water

That means we are working to find innovative ways to use less water, and to provide water that is "fit for purpose". That's water that has the quality level appropriate to how you will use it. For example, rainwater and premium recycled water (called 'Class A' water) is perfect for watering the garden, but not for drinking.

Change and improvement

We believe in change and improvement - the world isn't standing still, and neither are we. Our innovative commercial partnership with engineering firms Seimens and Theiss (under the brand 'us' Utility Services) helps us deliver high quality maintenance of valuable water assets (the pipes and pumping stations that get the water to you).

Technological solutions

To help customers, both domestic and non-domestic, better manage their water usage we are developing numerous technological solutions such as smart metering, remote metering, leak detection and repair services.
