Annual Report 2006_07 (5000KB) 2005/06 Annual Report Annual Report 2005_06 (3505KB) Draft Water Plan 2008- 2013 In accordance with its Statement of Obligations, South East Water has prepared a Draft Water Plan for the regulatory period 2008 - 2013. The Plan comprises four key elements for consideration by our customers, stakeholders, Government and the Essential Services Commission: Outputs and obligations for delivery over the 5 year period; Efficient operating and capital costs required to deliver outputs; Aggregate revenues that are required; Proposed tariff structures and price levels to provide customers with incentives to manage their water use. Following the Government's announcement today of its intention to review Melbourne's water industry and recommend a price rise of 14.8% (excluding CPI) to the Essential Services Commission for 2008/09, the public consultation program for the Plan has been postponed. Therefore, this Plan is provided as background information for our customers and stakeholders to understand the intent of South East Water's proposed programs for the 2008 – 2013 regulatory period. Draft Water Plan Summary 2008 - 2013 Water Plan 2005- 2008 Water Plan (Final 2005/6 - 2007/8) (4040KB) Water Supply Demand Strategy 2006 - 2055 The Water Supply-Demand Strategy for Melbourne implements the Victorian Government's water supply and conservation requirements for Melbourne. In doing so it outlines environmentally sustainable, socially acceptable and cost-effective actions to save and source water for Melbourne, over the next 50 years.
