The type of work that you might experience, depending on your preferences and specilisation include:

  • Assessing water and waste treatment plants, to develop waste minimisation strategies.
  • Water, energy and waste reduction, recycling and energy efficient initiatives to offset greenhouse gases. 
  • Hydraulic modelling to investigate sewer and water supplies and to determine augmentation works including examining the feasibility of recycled water in new estates. 
  • Infrastructure projects such as structural pipe relining, or designing and constructing sewage treatment plants.
  • Environmental projects that improve the quality of our water ways.
  • Life cycle management of major infrastructure from planning, creation, maintenance, renewal, rehabilitation to decommissioning. 
  • Participate in developing the water supply and demand strategy for Melbourne designing initiatives to reduce demand for our drinking water and identify new sources of water supply. 
  • Develop management systems for the use of bio solids. 
  • Investigate and reengineer business processes and systems and develop recommendations to project manage systems changes.
  • Project Manage a range of business commerce activities that imbed sustainability into our business practises and increase our business operating efficiency, including developing new business approaches.
