Who can get it?

Anyone whose property sits above an aquifer can apply for a licence to sink a bore. Licences are granted by Southern Rural Water who will also determine if the process is feasible on your property.

Is there a tankering service?

South East Water provides a groundwater tankering service directly to customers from our existing bore at Lang Lang. At this stage the service is provided to councils, local businesses and agricultural customers only.  See our Residential Tankering Service or Business Tankering Service pages.
